David Regueiro Santalla is Managing Partner of Altura Dubai, a Dubai firm for company formation, corporate structuring, and residency planning.
He is also Managing Partner and Founder of Elyora World, a RERA-licensed real estate advisory (ORN 46110) for investors in the UAE and Spain.
He was formerly Group Chief Operating Officer of Latitude and Chief Operating Officer of RIF Trust, until 2025. He no longer holds any role at either company.
